OSC (One Side Clean) Paper
The OSC Paper Project is a new project the Sustainability Team (STeam) plans to undertake. Last year, while collecting OSC paper to re-use for Earthweek’s flyers, STeam members discovered the large amounts of OSC and re-use paper disposed of, not only on campus, but also in businesses and organizations around campus (such as copy centers). In order to promote a more sustainable lifestyle, the OSC paper project plans to establish relationships with these local businesses and collect their paper. The paper then will be developed into a variety of different notebooks and school materials to be redistributed to students on campus. Furthermore, we hope to set up an OSC paper supplier service for departments on campus that would like to use OSC paper for their own printing purposes.
